These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SwiftInvoice ("Service"), operated at swiftinvoice.pages.dev. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

SwiftInvoice is a free, browser-based invoice generator that allows you to create and download PDF invoices. The Service operates entirely client-side — no invoice data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

An optional paid upgrade ("Pro") is available for $4.99 (one-time payment) via Gumroad, which provides additional features including premium templates and CSV export.

2. Use of the Service

You may use SwiftInvoice for any lawful purpose, including personal and commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading invoices
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service at a rate that burdens our infrastructure

3. Your Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of invoices you create using SwiftInvoice. SwiftInvoice is a tool — the accuracy, legality, and tax compliance of your invoices is your responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified accountant or tax professional to ensure your invoices comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

SwiftInvoice does not store, access, or review any invoice data you create. All data remains on your device.

4. Intellectual Property

The SwiftInvoice name, logo, design, and software code are our intellectual property. The invoices you create using SwiftInvoice are entirely yours — we claim no ownership over content you create with the tool.

5. Pro Version and Payments

The Pro upgrade is sold via Gumroad as a one-time purchase at $4.99 USD. All payments are processed by Gumroad. By purchasing Pro, you agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service. Refund requests should be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@swiftinvoice.app.

6. Advertising

SwiftInvoice displays advertisements served by Google AdSense to support the free service. Advertisements are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific purpose. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

SwiftInvoice makes no representations about the tax compliance, legal validity, or enforceability of invoices generated using the Service in your jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftInvoice and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Third-Party Services

SwiftInvoice integrates with third-party services including Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Cloudflare Pages, and Gumroad. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of the Service is subject to those terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operator, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
