The service

SwiftInvoice is a free, browser-based invoice generator. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and a paid Pro tier may be introduced in future; the free generator's current feature set will remain free.

Your responsibilities

• Accuracy. You are responsible for the correctness of every invoice you create — amounts, tax rates, business details and payment instructions.
• Tax compliance. SwiftInvoice performs arithmetic only. It does not determine whether your sales are taxable, which rate applies, or whether you must be registered for a tax. That responsibility — and any filing obligations — is yours. When in doubt, consult your tax authority or an accountant.
• Lawful use. Do not use SwiftInvoice to create fraudulent, misleading or unlawful documents.

Your data

Invoice data is processed and stored only in your own browser (see the Privacy Policy). We have no access to it and cannot recover it for you. If you clear your browser storage or switch devices, drafts are gone.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftInvoice and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from the use of invoices created with this tool, including tax penalties, payment disputes or data loss from clearing browser storage.

Intellectual property

The SwiftInvoice name, site and software belong to their operator. The invoices you create are entirely yours.
